Dr. L. Todd Thomas – President – IMPACT Consulting & Development – Troy, MI

Dr. L. Todd Thomas is a speaker, author, trainer, coach, and president of IMPACT Consulting and Development, LLC. He has provided seminars and presentations in over 20 countries, enabling leaders to create change for impact. Dr. Thomas has coached and consulted with over 3000 leaders from 40 different countries spanning 4 continents. He is a member of the National Speakers Association, the International Federation of Speakers and the Les Brown Platinum Speakers Network. He has been featured on Fox Business News, CNBC's Squawk Box, the Wall Street Journal, the Street.com and other media and publications. Dr. Thomas is the creator of the Leadership Integrity Quotient. Other titles include "Life Lessons for Leaders" and "Stop Wasting Your Time: Creating High-IMPACT Meetings." Todd was recently recognized by the International Consortium for Executive Development Research in France as one of the most innovative speakers and trainers of our time.

Dr. Thomas has a Ph.D. in Human Communication and an M.S. in Educational Psychology from Indiana University in Bloomington. He also holds an M.A. in Interpersonal Communication from Auburn University and a Bachelors from Morehead State University in Morehead, KY. He was a professor of organizational psychology at North Carolina State University and IU before leaving academics for the corporate arena. After 5 years at Rockwell Avionics, "Dr. Todd" joined Daimler Chrysler as the executive responsible for Organizational and Executive Development. He left after nearly nine years in the corporate world to form his own consulting and speaking business, IMPACT Development and Consulting.

Dr. Thomas has interviewed real-world leaders on the topics of leadership including Jack Canfield, Ken Blanchard, Dr. Phil, Spike Lee, Joe Dumars, Gail Evans, Frank Maguire, Les Brown, Larry Bossidy, Chin-Ning Chu and Rita Bailey. Rachel van Rossum – Program Manager – IMPACT Consulting & Development – Troy, MI

Rachel van Rossum brings extensive international experience, language & education as the Program Manager for ICD. She has lived throughout North America and Europe, and traveled extensively through both of those continents as well as Latin America. Rachel's education reflects her international background with an International Baccalaureate, as well as degrees in International Relations from James Madison College and in Secondary Education from Michigan State University. Rachel is fluent in 3 languages and a certified True Colors facilitator. She has been creating and facilitating seminars with Dr. Todd Thomas for 4 years.
